Sweet Rolls

My sweet bread dough is rolled out, sprinkled liberally with cinnamon sugar, then rolled up and sliced into generous spirals. After baking they are topped with a sweet glaze. This makes a great treat for Sunday morning breakfast or any special occasion.

Caramel Rolls

In this version of my sweet rolls butter and brown sugar replace the cinnamon sugar inside the rolls and caramel and nuts replace the glaze on top. These rolls are truly decadent for breakfast!

Kringle (oval/braid)

This is a Danish specialty that is a staple is southeastern Wisconsin. Delicate flaky layers of pastry encase a variety of fillings such as pecan, cherry, apple, almond, raspberry, or poppyseed

Hand Pies

These little pies are BAKED, not fried, and are really delicious. The crust is lighter and more flavorful than regular pie dough. They are a great size for a light dessert or a quick snack on the go. Available in apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, or peach. 4 1/2” diameter.

Cinnamon Star

Such a festive and fun looking bread! With lots of layers of cinnamon sugar and bread, it is pull-apart easy and about 12” in diameter.


Cinnamon Twist

Here’s a more traditional looking cinnamon bread in loaf form, but the twisted shape eliminates that gap between the bread and the cinnamon sugar goodness.



Stollen is a traditional German celebration bread typically found around Christmas time. It is loaded with candied lemon and orange peel, dried fruits, and almonds that have been soaked in rum. The top is brushed with melted butter before being first coated in granulated sugar and then powdered sugar. It is available with or without a roll of marzipan down the center.
